Quality Policy:
All nail designs are handcrafted.  This means that no two nails, or nail sets, are alike.  Slight imperfections may be evident, because they are made by hand, and not by a machine.

All nails have been filed on the underside to assist with adhearing to your natural nail.

'I Like Your Nails' only recommends using Nail Tabs to adhear your Press-On Nails, as they minimise damage to your natural nail bed, when used as recommended. If you choose to use Nail Glue, 'I Like Those Nails' will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your natural nail bed, due to misuse of product, including using glue, should you choose to do so.

Refund Policy:
'I Like Those Nails' will happily exchange or offer you a refund for any nail sets that have arrived to you, damaged.

Please keep in mind that this is subject to inspection, and all items must be returned in their original, mailed condition – new and unworn, along with the original packaging and your proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery.

All 'I Like Those Nails' Nail Sets are thoroughly checked prior to being posted. Returns or refunds are not offered for normal wear and tear or rough handling and/or misuse of our products. Please be sure to follow our Application Recommendations prior to applying your nails.

If a refund is the final outcome, returns should be posted via trackable mail, in a secure package at the customer's expense.

Once an order has been placed, refunds will not be permitted due to change of mind.

Postage Policy:
Your nails will be created and posted within 2-4 days of receiving your order, from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. Your order will then be shipped using Australia Post which can take up to 7 business days to be delivered, depending on what state of Australia you live in. If you have requested Express Post, this can take up to 3-7 business days to be delivered.  International postage will take longer.
Please note that due to the current COVID circumstances, delivery times may take longer than expected.  'I Like Those Nails' is not responsible for delivery delays, once your nails have been posted.
